How Candidates are Selected when you use our Job Board: When you post a job with BankersforHire.com, we'll take the time to understand the position you have open, and what specific skills will be needed for the candidate to be successful.
Based on your input, we'll devise a screening process for the position. Every candidate will go through the screening process, and only those who demonstrate real skills will make it onto our short list of candidates and into your email inbox.
This is our Banking Job Board process:
- We will assist you in creating a compelling job description
- We'll post the position on our job board.
- We'll review our extensive database of candidates and select the most qualified people. We'll send those resumes to you via email.
- When the job posting starts collecting applicants, we'll screen them and forward resumes of the qualified candidates to you.
Then you'll have a pool of applicants to interview and direct through your typical hiring process.
If you decide to engage BankersforHire.com to actively recruit candidates for the position on a contingency basis, you'll be assigned to a senior recruiter.
- After a thorough interview with you, we'll begin contacting our extensive network of banking insiders.
- We'll identify "passive candidates" - qualified individuals who aren't actively seeking employment - and discuss the opportunity your organization can offer.
- We'll schedule interviews and check references
- We'll consult with you on creating an offer letter and any other decisions necessary during the hiring process.
